Visiting the university

  • Even if you don't have to attend an interview, try to visit the universities you apply to.

  • Most open days include:

    • Tour of campus - including libraries, departments and other facilities.

    • Chance to meet students.

    • Meetings about individual courses.

    • Individual or small group discussion or interview.

  • Look in the gateways to the universities to find out what events the universities have planned.
