Help with writing your personal statement.
Personal Statements are an important part of the UCAS application form and provide an opportunity for you to show university Admissions Tutors that you are worth offering a place to. Sometimes a really outstanding personal statement can convince Admissions Tutors to give you an unconditional place.
Try to look at your personal statement from the point of view of an Admissions Tutor. They want enthusiastic and committed students - your personal statement needs to show that you can fit this description.
It can take a great deal of time and patience to get it right. It can only be done properly when you are sure about what you want to do and why you want to do it.
If you are applying for different subjects on the same form you will need to explain your decisions clearly or the universities may feel that you haven’t actually made your mind up.
