Surviving the first week

For most people the first week is very different from the rest of the time at university, there are usually no lectures in the first week, just introductory talks and visits to the library etc.

By the end of it you will probably be shattered but at least know your way around!

If you have moved away from home you will have begun to feel more settled in your new surroundings.
