What about sport?

Students Playing Basketball
There are often excellent sporting facilities on campus - many universities can lend you sports equipment free of charge, so it is a good place to learn a new sport.

Many universities have gyms and fitness centres.

All sorts of sports can be played at university: - Tennis, Netball, Football, Basketball, Hockey, Athletics, Swimming, Judo, Squash and Badminton are just some of the choices.

Some students do outdoor pursuits like; Bungee Jumping, Hiking, Camping, Climbing, Orienteering, Running, Hang-Gliding or Kayaking.

There may be other sports facilities close by, such as cricket clubs, golf clubs, swimming pools or playing fields, with special access arrangements for students.
